Kandid​ates should hold Series 65 or 66 licenses and have experience in financial advising or relationship-based sales, with a track record of expanding business and serving high-net-worth clients with comprehensive planning.

Qualifications

• Licenses Series 65 or 66 required.
• Experience in financial advising or wealth management.
• Proven ability to build relationships and generate new business.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with the Chief Growth Officer.
• Leverage firm-paid marketing, lead generation, and seminar support.
• Build your book with $10–$15M in new annual AUM.
• Join a coachable, growth-minded team culture.
• Serve high-net-worth clients with comprehensive planning support.
