BMO Harris Bank is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients in the Sarasota area. You will deliver a comprehensive wealth management experience that integrates banking solutions, investment strategies, and holistic financial planning.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive growth within existing relationships, and provide tailored wealth strategies while maintaining regulatory and risk standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree.
• MBA certification preferred.
• CFP certification preferred.
• Experience working with HNW clients.
• Broad knowledge of wealth management products and services.
• In-depth knowledge of bank products, services, and capabilities.
• Seasoned professional with education, experience and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Relationship Manager for assigned client relationships.
• Identify and execute growth opportunities within existing client relationships.
• Drive cross-selling and deepen wallet share across portfolios.
• Lead and participate in client reviews and relationship planning.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver integrated wealth solutions.
• Ensure timely execution of transactions and regulatory compliance.
