Job summary

WSFS Bank, via Bryn Mawr Trust, offers the Wealth Management Summer Internship Program for college students. This paid internship provides hands-on experience, mentorship, exposure to senior leadership, collaborative projects, and valuable networking opportunities.

Interns will support Retirement Plans and other Wealth Management teams with performance reporting, documentation, presentations, prospect analysis, and client-service tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Business-related or related college major preferred.
• Must have completed a minimum of one full year of college by May 2027.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available for in-person interviews and orientation.
• Ability to work 5 days on-site and 40 hours per week during June–August.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Support Retirement Plans and other Wealth Management teams with performance reporting and client documentation.
• Assist with presentation preparation, prospect analysis, and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate marketing efforts and process client paperwork.
• Provide high levels of client service and participate in team projects.
