Job summary

Bryn Mawr Trust, a WSFS Company, offers a paid Wealth Management Summer Internship Program for driven college students. The internship provides hands-on experience, mentorship, exposure to senior leaders, collaborative projects, and networking across Wealth Management departments.

Interns will support advisors, conduct client research, analyze data, and assist with financial planning activities. The program runs in June–August with possible continued opportunities based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A business-related or related college major is preferred.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2027
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
• Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources.
• Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.
• Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid-August.
• Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication is required.
• Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Assist Wealth Advisors with client meeting preparation and research.
• Support internal committees and reporting tasks.
• Contribute to projects that enhance wealth management services and efficiency.
• Engage in mentorship and networking opportunities with senior leaders.
