D.A. Davidson Companies is hosting a Wealth Management Summer Internship Program designed for students to learn the financial services industry while supporting experienced Financial Advisors and clients.

The paid internship runs at least 25 hours per week for 9 weeks, with hands-on projects and mentorship across branch offices. Interns will gain exposure to wealth management practices and have the chance to sit for the FINRA SIE exam, with sponsorship for test preparation if completed during

Qualifications

Demonstrated strong academic performance and professional drive.
Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, teamwork and service skills.
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Satisfactory results of background, reference, and credit check.
Ability to commit to the duration of the program.
Live within the local area or have pre-existing arrangements to live nearby.

Responsibilities

Work directly with Financial Advisors and other professionals.
Collaborate on projects supporting clients and advisors.
Observe branch operations and learn wealth management practices.
Study for the FINRA SIE securities exam and complete sponsorship if eligible.
Participate in an immersive week at the Seattle corporate office and engage with leadership.
