Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of social media strategy experience, ideally in financial services.
• Proven experience developing, managing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns.
• Strong ability to analyze social media performance metrics and website traffic using tools such as Adobe Analytics to inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement paid and organic social media initiatives that support business objectives, engage wealth management and institutional audiences, and increase content visibility.
• Oversee social media channels, including LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and Meta platforms, managing audience interactions, moderating incoming messages, and escalating inquiries when appropriate.
• Collaborate with creative, editorial, digital, and marketing teams to produce compelling social content using existing materials such as landing pages, articles, videos, infographics, and podcasts.
• Track social media performance, analyze engagement metrics and social listening insights, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Partner with editorial, marketing, and business stakeholders to align social media initiatives with broader marketing objectives and maintain consistent messaging.
• Continuously refine social media strategies based on performance data, audience behavior, emerging trends, and evolving platform capabilities.
• Monitor evolving social media trends, platform updates, and audience preferences to identify opportunities for increased engagement and improved campaign results.
