Bank of America Merrill Wealth Management in the United States seeks a Market Client Relationship Manager to lead service delivery and the wealth management banking strategy across markets. You will partner with Market Executives, Financial Advisors, and Operations staff to enable superior client service and growth.

This role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and experience with wealth management products.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required or preferred.
• Current or prior Merrill Wealth Management experience highly preferred.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and understanding of corporate policies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the service delivery model and wealth management banking strategy to drive market growth.
• Hire, develop, and lead cross-functional teams to support Financial Advisor teams and deliver client service.
• Oversee risk management and compliance with policies, including branch audits.
• Manage client accounts, review client accounts, and ensure client service excellence.
• Oversee Wealth Management Client Associates and branch Operations to meet service and operational goals.
