Qualifications

• FINRA licenses: SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63/65), Series 9/10 (or Series 8) or equivalents; Series 3/31 if warranted.
• Minimum of five years of professional experience in wealth management or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Managing the branch's Wealth Management Client Associates and Service Support Staff.
• Overseeing daily branch operations with compliance to regulations and policies.
• Leading the service delivery model and wealth management banking strategy for the market.
• Hiring, developing, and guiding a cross-functional team to support Financial Advisor teams.
