Key2Source INC is seeking a Test Lead with Wealth Management experience to establish and lead a comprehensive Quality Engineering and Testing Practice for large-scale transformations. The role focuses on creating an AI-enabled testing ecosystem, defining governance, and driving collaboration across Business, Product, Engineering, and Operations.

• Requires 12+ years in Quality Engineering or Test Management.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-scale testing in Wealth/Financial services.
• Proven experience establishing testing centers of excellence.
• Experience leading End-to-End, UAT, SIT, and Release Validation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise-wide Quality Engineering and Testing Practice for Wealth Management transformations.
• Define testing governance, standards, tools, KPIs, and best practices across programs.
• Develop long-term quality engineering roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Establish test management processes: planning, execution, defect management, reporting, release readiness.
• Design and implement End-to-End, SIT, and UAT strategies.
• Drive AI-powered test automation and CI/CD integration.
• Oversee multi-team test delivery across distributed environments.
