Job summary

Ameriprise Financial is seeking a Senior Product Specialist within Wealth Management Solutions to participate in the development, delivery, and support of advisory products and programs. This role supports Ameriprise Client Experience initiatives aimed at growing assets, improving net flows, and driving revenue.

You will analyze data, propose features and processes, and help deliver new products to enhance the client and advisor experience while supporting profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• 3+ years in Financial Services, preferably product development/management.
• Strong analytical ability using data to identify trends and issues.
• Advisor or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports development of Advisor/Client Experience across advisory platform.
• Analyzes data and makes recommendations to improve product features and processes.
• Contributes to requirements and delivery of new products to enhance client experience and profitability.
• Identifies opportunities for competitor analysis capabilities.
