Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supports development of the Advisor/Client Experience across the advisory platform.
• Completes analysis and makes research-based recommendations to improve product features, sales, marketing, processes, and procedures.
• Contributes to requirements and delivery of new products and services to enhance client and advisor experience, increase ease of use, meet competitive evolution, and improve profitability.
• Identifies opportunities to develop and build competitor analysis capabilities for the organization.
