Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC seeks a Senior Director, Product Consulting to lead a high-performing wealth-management advisory team and shape product distribution strategy. You will influence product direction, strengthen advisor outcomes, and drive engagement across the advisor channel.

You will recruit and develop talent, partner with senior leadership on strategic plans, and collaborate with product management to achieve growth, while ensuring regulatory compliance where applicable.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in financial services with wealth management and consultative sales.
4+ years leading and developing sales professionals with a track record of performance.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Active Series 7, Series 24 licenses and S63/S66 registrations, or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsabilités

Lead and develop product consulting teams focused on increasing wealth management sales.
Plan, prioritize, allocate, and monitor team activities to achieve objectives.
Recruit, coach, motivate, evaluate, and develop talent including compensation and career growth.
Partner with senior leadership to establish strategic plans, business goals, and marketing initiatives.
Build relationships with product management and field leadership to enhance knowledge and results.
Gather advisor feedback and identify opportunities for product enhancements.
Oversee regulatory compliance as a registered principal where applicable.
Represent the business through advisor training, webinars, and conferences.
