Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Business Development Consultant to execute strategic initiatives and roll out new products and processes across the organization. You will bridge business development, sales, product, and operations to drive delivery and field adoption.

In this role you will manage cross-functional projects, coordinate training for sales teams, monitor progress, and collect feedback to inform continuous improvement. Travel expected up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years in business development, project management, or related roles in financial services.
• Proven track record of managing complex cross-functional projects.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience coaching Advisors or sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute implementation of new business development strategies and products for Financial Advisors and Field Leaders.
• Manage timelines and deliverables for field execution.
• Coordinate and lead training and support for sales teams to ensure adoption of new technology and practices.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve issues during implementation.
• Collect and analyze feedback from field teams and clients for continuous improvement.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate implementation.
