You will collaborate with senior advisors to deepen client relationships, provide advised solutions, and refer partners to grow the practice. The role emphasizes integrity, markets understanding, and a client-centric planning approach, with opportunities to lead marketing efforts and client events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of financial services experience.
• Proven ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships.
• Commitment to goals-based planning and advice.
• Understanding of investment products and services.
• Knowledge of market performance and trends.
• Self-starter who can own tasks end-to-end.
• Effective communication with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized investment solutions based on client needs and relationships.
• Demonstrate understanding of financial markets and sound judgement.
• Maintain integrity and client-focused planning process.
• Attend product rollouts and research meetings and share updates with clients.
• Support proactive client engagement, account reviews and planning updates.
• Provide holistic financial coaching beyond investments.
• Develop marketing strategies including social media and client events.
• Support teammates and collaborate across teams.

Education

Series 7 license

Series 66 (63/65) license

Life, Health and Long Term Care Insurance license

CFP or WMCP certification preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
