Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an experienced Virtual Administrator to own account administration within a financial-services practice. You will manage onboarding, insurance paperwork, and employee-benefit plan coordination with minimal training.

Ideal candidates bring real prior experience in financial services operations, proficiency with multi-party workflows, and meticulous CRM record-keeping across stakeholders; you will ensure workflows move to completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services operations with account opening and servicing.
• Hands-on with ACATS or account-transfer workflows.
• Experience with insurance and employee-benefit administration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate financial-account onboarding and manage onboarding docs
• Process and track account transfers, including ACATS workflows
• Handle routine account-servicing requests and client paperwork
• Prepare and distribute client statements and documents
• Maintain CRM records and log client communications
• Schedule appointments and support client follow-ups
• Coordinate employee-benefit plan administration with providers and stakeholders
• Track information for tax filing and ERISA plan administration
• Manage insurance paperwork and end-to-end admin communication
• Own outstanding requirements and drive multi-party workflows to completion
• Take on additional admin tasks as capacity allows
