Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an experienced Virtual Administrator to own account administration for a financial-services practice, including onboarding, insurance paperwork, and benefit-plan coordination.

The role requires real prior experience in financial services operations, not just general admin. You will manage multi-party workflows, maintain CRM records, support client communications, and coordinate benefits with providers and employers.

Qualifications

• Strong working proficiency with a financial-services CRM.
• Hands-on experience with account-opening and account-servicing platforms.
• Experience with ACATS or other account-transfer workflows.
• Experience with insurance and employee-benefit administration platforms.
• Familiarity with LPL Financial systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate financial-account onboarding and manage account-opening documentation.
• Process and track account transfers, including ACATS-related workflows.
• Handle routine account-servicing requests and pending client paperwork.
• Prepare and distribute approved client statements and documents.
• Maintain and update CRM records, logging all client communications accurately.
• Schedule appointments and proactively support client follow-ups.
• Coordinate employee-benefit plan administration across multiple stakeholders.
• Track and organize information required for tax filing and ERISA-related plan administration.
• Manage insurance paperwork, documentation, and status follow-ups end-to-end.
• Own outstanding requirements and quarterback multi-party workflows through to completion.
• Take on additional administrative responsibilities as you demonstrate capacity and reliability.
