Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an experienced Virtual Administrator to support a financial-services practice.

You will take full ownership of account administration, insurance paperwork, and employee-benefit plan coordination, hitting the ground running with prior financial services operations experience. You will manage onboarding docs, ACATS workflows, servicing requests, client statements, CRM updates, and multi-stakeholder plan administration, ensuring end-to-end communication and timely completion

Qualifications

• Must have real prior experience in financial services operations.
• Not a generic admin or EA background; able to own workflows end-to-end.
• Experience with client onboarding and servicing is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate financial-account onboarding and document handling.
• Process and track account transfers and ACATS workflows.
• Handle routine account-servicing requests and client paperwork.
• Prepare client statements and documents for distribution.
• Maintain CRM records and log client communications accurately.
• Schedule appointments and support client follow-ups.
• Coordinate employee-benefit plan administration across stakeholders.
