RBC Wealth Management is seeking a Complex Operations Associate to support complex branch offices with cashiering duties and accurate client transaction processing. You will work with employees across branches to ensure smooth operations and timely communication.

Qualifications

1+ years general office experience.
Excellent computer skills including MS Office.
Strong interpersonal, organizational and verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple demands and competing priorities and to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Accurately record all checks, securities and coupons received from clients and ensure they are credited to the proper accounts. Transmit all checks received for deposit to Minneapolis daily.
Enter all syndicate tickets promptly and ensure they are completed properly with the required documentation on file and management approvals.
Facilitate the timely correction of any trade-related errors by following processes for cancelling and rebilling trades in compliance with RBC's regulatory policies and procedures.
Perform general office responsibilities including opening and distributing mail, stamping outgoing mail, and maintaining correspondence as required by RBC.
