Job summary

M&T Bank is seeking a candidate for its Management Development Program in Falls Church, VA. You'll complete ten weeks of Core Training and one year of On-the-Job training, rotating through Wealth Management tasks and client service activities.

You will work with Wealth Advisors, learn service processes, and gain market knowledge to support clients, with a pathway to becoming a Wealth Advisor Associate.

Qualifications

• Must be a Bachelor’s Degree candidate or MBA student with no work experience.
• GPA 3.0 or better recommended.
• Strong written and verbal communication required.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and analytical skills; leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a one-year non-rotational training program with coaching and feedback.
• Assist Wealth Advisor with operational support and reporting.
• Prepare client meeting materials and CRM documentation.
• Attend internal meetings to deepen knowledge of investments and Trust services.
• Support development of external referral networks and maintain compliance with risk controls.
