Job summary

OneAZ Credit Union is seeking a senior leader to head Wealth Management, overseeing investments, insurance and advisory services. The role acts as OSJ Principal and interacts with broker-dealers and regulators to ensure compliance and strategic growth.

The role requires FINRA licenses (7/24/66 or 63/65) and a Life & Health license, with 8–10 years in wealth mgmt and a track record in driving revenue and growth. Based at our Phoenix corporate office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics or related.
• 8–10 years in wealth management or financial services with growth & regulatory oversight.
• FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 (or 63/65) licenses required.
• State Life and Health Insurance license required.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning and business development skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of wealth management, investments, and advisory services.
• Serve as OSJ Principal and liaison with broker-dealer partners and regulators.
• Drive long-term strategies to grow participation and revenue.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and operational excellence.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention of wealth advisors.
• Monitor performance metrics and report to executive leadership and board.
