The role reports to the COO and partners with branch leadership, marketing, and exec management to expand wealth services across communities we serve.

The ideal candidate has extensive investment services experience, strong business acumen, and a passion for coaching high-performing teams

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of investment and insurance products, wealth management strategies, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to develop and execute business plans and growth strategies in wealth management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Wealth Management program and supervise advisors and staff.
• Partner with leadership to expand member-focused investment services and drive compliance.
