Key Investment Services LLC (KIS) is a FINRA registered broker / dealer, SEC registered investment adviser and partners with KeyCorp Insurance Agency USA Inc., a licensed insurance agency, delivering investment guidance to Key's mass and mass affluent clients.

The internship is a structured 10.5-week program offering hands-on experience in discovery, financial planning, data entry, client meetings, relationship development, Salesforce usage, and participation in enterprise learning labs and

Qualifications

Pursuing a four-year or graduate degree by May 2029 with focus on finance/economics/data science.
Minimum 3.0 GPA.
CFP certification is preferred for candidates pursuing a Financial Advisor career.

Responsibilities

Partner with a KIS Private Client Advisor to gain hands-on experience.
Participate in client discovery and financial planning activities including data entry and analysis.
Observe client meetings and assist with basic administrative tasks.
Develop client relationships and interpersonal communication skills.
Digitize client files and verify client email information.
Manage Salesforce book and assist in planning client events.
Engage in Key Corp Enterprise learning labs and networking events.
Collaborate on a Capstone Group Project addressing real-world industry topics.
Perform other duties as assigned; duties may change at any time.
