The internship aims to identify and develop future talent, with potential for full-time opportunities after graduation and progression toward an Advisor role.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Planning, or a related field and entering your senior year.
• Genuine interest in building a long-term career in financial services and wealth management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional, friendly, and personable communication style.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and observe client meetings to gain exposure to wealth management and client relationships.
• Assist advisors with financial planning and client service needs.
• Support the preparation and organization of client information.
• Update and maintain accurate client information within the CRM.
• Assist with financial planning and practice-related projects.
• Complete special projects designed to provide meaningful exposure to the business.
• Work collaboratively with the team while developing your knowledge of the financial services industry.
