Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor or Wealth Advisor.
• Proven track record of client acquisition and asset growth.
• CFP or CFP highly preferred.
• Client-first, fiduciary mindset.
• FINRA registrations or advisory licenses, or ability to obtain them.
• Background in wirehouse, independent broker-dealer, bank, or RIA environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a book of business by developing strong client relationships and providing best-in-class client experience.
• Deliver sophisticated financial planning and investment advice tailored to client goals and objectives, adjusting strategies as needs evolve.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and strategic outreach.
