Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8–12+ years of experience in Fraud Prevention, Fraud Risk Management, Financial Crimes, Operational Risk, Compliance, Audit, or related financial-services disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise programs and strategic initiatives.
• Experience managing people and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience interacting with senior leaders and executive governance committees.
• Strong analytical, presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to influence partners across business and functional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead the WM Fraud Prevention Program, including strategic priorities, roadmap development, and alignment with enterprise fraud-risk objectives.
• Strengthen fraud risk management capabilities, controls, governance routines, reporting, and partner awareness across WM.
• Serve as the primary WM Control representative for fraud-related initiatives, working groups, and emerging risk discussions.
• Manage, develop, and coach fraud prevention team and supporting control professionals.
• Oversee fraud risk assessments for products, services, processes, client interactions, and technology initiatives.
• Lead initiatives to prevent, detect, and mitigate fraud across WM.
• Establish and maintain fraud-related KRIs, metrics, dashboards, and reporting routines.
