AMS is seeking an experienced Researcher to identify and engage diverse executive talent for Executive Director and Managing Director roles across Wealth Management. You will build external benches, perform market intelligence, and deliver a premium candidate and client experience while upholding inclusive talent practices.

You will collaborate with Executive Recruiters and senior stakeholders to map markets, run searches, coordinate interviews, and drive momentum across leadership pipelines in

Qualifications

• 4+ years of executive sourcing experience in Wealth Management
• Experience sourcing senior leadership talent in Wealth Management or related financial services
• Strong proficiency with sourcing tools/technologies and ATS/CRM workflows
• Experience supporting high-discretion searches with stakeholders and leadership assessments

Responsabilités

• Conduct targeted research and market mapping to build WM leadership talent networks
• Develop sourcing strategies for WM executive leadership searches and succession planning
• Source active and passive executive candidates using referrals, networking, and advanced search tools
• Screen and qualify executive talent against role specs and stakeholder expectations
• Partner with Executive Recruiters to manage candidate pipelines end-to-end
• Support interview and debrief processes and maintain momentum with senior stakeholders
• Maintain accurate candidate documentation and contribute to search reporting and analytics
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience reflecting executive hiring standards
• Champion diverse slates and inclusive sourcing practices
