The candidate will coach Advisors, manage production, and collaborate across departments to implement wealth management strategies and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7, 24 (or 9/10), 66 (or 63/65) licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct Wealth Management Advisors to grow sales and improve service.
• Develop and implement training and development programs for the team.
• Manage relationships with internal departments and external partners to deliver new products.
