• Create a governance process to manage the testing lifecycle
• Build systems: engineers control decisions about systems they own from the first line of code written
• Own systems: engineers research, pitch projects, and implement great ideas without waiting for orders
• Develop a professional network by collaborating with influential people within the organization and industry

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant QA experience
• Strong experience in UI test automation using Selenium or Cypress frameworks
• API testing experience with automation using Rest Assured or similar frameworks
• Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Experience with Java and/or JavaScript
• Strong communication skills
• Culture of excellence and collaboration
• Practiced in lean methodologies like Scrum

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with mobile and web UI testing frameworks and principles
• Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber
• Experience building and customizing automation frameworks
• Understanding of HTTP, REST, and API development fundamentals
• Knowledge of Continuous Delivery, DevOps, and System Reliability Engineering
• Fintech experience is a plus
• GIT experience
