Job summary

IEQ Capital LLC in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Associate to help manage client relationships and support key wealth-management operations. You will work closely with Partners to ensure smooth money movement, account setup, meeting preparation, and timely trade placement.

In this role you will contribute to client reporting and the development of customized financial strategies, with potential for handling more investment-related responsibilities over time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Deep curiosity about the financial markets.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to think critically and anticipate issues.
• Good verbal and communications skills.
• Good relationship buildings skills both inside and outside of the organization.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high-volume, high-pressure environment.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• ’No task is too small’ mentality.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Partners and their team by providing operational functions such as wire movements, journals, account creation and maintenance.
• Client and prospect meeting preparation and trade placement on behalf of the client.
• Interact with clients supporting all aspects of their servicing needs.
• Researching client inquiries and managing follow-up communication.
• Construct client performance and asset allocation reports.
• Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service and devise customized financial strategies.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss the operational aspects of the business and future investment pieces.
