Job summary

IEQ Capital LLC is seeking a Team Lead to center managerial duties within a client service group. You will empower teammates in service, client relationships, and firm priorities, while coordinating with the Team Manager on overall coverage and strategy.

You will mentor Associates and Senior Associates, supervise workload distribution, and drive process improvements to boost efficiency and client satisfaction in a fast-paced wealth management environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of wealth management experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day team operations, prioritizing and executing tasks on time.
• Assist with resource planning, workflows, and prioritization of initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to launch firmwide initiatives.
• Assign projects to balance workloads and meet deadlines.
• Support Associates and Senior Associates and conduct quarterly reviews.
• Train and develop junior team members for growth.
• Manage HR aspects: time-off approvals, reviews, and hiring.
