Qualifications

• 3+ years in client services or operations within wealth management.
• Experience working directly with Financial Advisors and high-net-worth clients.
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce, Fidelity, and Schwab.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted partner for Financial Advisors, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
• Handle client service requests from initiation through completion with timely follow-up.
• Open, maintain, transfer, and close investment accounts across custodial platforms.
• Manage new account paperwork, registrations, beneficiary changes, and other account requests.
• Process client disbursements, transfers, contributions, distributions, and other transactions.
• Collaborate with custodians and internal teams to resolve account and operational issues.
