Job summary

Morgan Stanley in Menlo Park is seeking a Client Service Associate to support Financial Advisors and Private Wealth Advisors. You will cultivate client relationships, process requests, onboard accounts, and prepare client materials.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with teams, and use Morgan Stanley Online and Mobile platforms while navigating regulatory requirements and maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA)
• Two or more years of industry experience preferred
• High School Diploma/Equivalency; College degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and enhance client relationships through active communication and processing requests
• Identify and assist with Firm services including banking products and secure digital offerings
• Confirm authorization and authenticate client when processing requests
• Onboard and maintain client accounts including documentation and risk assessment
• Input orders at the direction of clients and discuss reinvestment options with FAs
• Prepare financial plans, client reports, and materials for client meetings
• Review and act on client account alerts
• Partner with FAs in developing a business plan and deliver client service model
• Support marketing by maintaining materials and planning client events
