Qualifications

• Ability to obtain Series 65 license within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Process account opening applications and money movements.
• Document notes and activities in the CRM.
• Manage and execute client deliverables post-advisor meetings.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email regarding tasks.
• Assist with compliance tasks under supervision.
• Solve issues as they arise to provide excellent client service.
