Job summary

Stifel Financial Corp. is seeking a Client Services Associate (NR) to support Financial Advisors with opening and maintaining client accounts, handling a wide range of administrative tasks, and delivering excellent client service.

You will process account documentation, coordinate with clients for required items, enter trades as directed, answer phones, and help ensure smooth branch operations while upholding compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum required: 2 years clerical/related industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with opening and maintenance of client accounts and records.
• Provide general administrative support (word processing, mailings, filing, answering phones).
• Obtain approvals for FA communications and advertisements.
• Enter trades as directed by Financial Advisors.
• Provide reports and information to Financial Advisors; respond to client inquiries.
• Identify issues to escalate to the Branch Manager or FA(s).
• Perform routine duties (typing, filing, mailing documents).
