Qualifications

• FINRA registrations required (Series 7 & 63/65 or 66) within first six months
• 3+ years’ experience as a sales assistant/CSA in a corporate/brokerage
• Proficiency with MS Office and internal software
• Team player with energetic, positive disposition and growth mindset
• Maintain highest level of confidentiality
• Strong accuracy and organizational skills
• Professional, timely communication with all levels of staff and clients

Responsibilities

• Learn and adapt to service needs of accounts for clients and advisors
• Develop knowledge of forms and account procedures to assist clients
• Utilize research and technical support tools
• Produce quality analytical reports using software
• Promote firm services by enhancing advisor relationships
• Interact professionally with team and management
• Support marketing efforts and assist with client events
• Prioritize tasks, track deadlines, answer phones, schedule appointments
• Demonstrate initiative to learn rules and regulations
• Coordinate with office colleagues and management
