Qualifications

• Willing to obtain FINRA registrations: SIE, Series 7 and 63/65 (or 66).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years financial services/fixed income experience beneficial.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Team player with energetic, positive disposition and growth mindset.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Excellent accuracy and organization; meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Learn and service needs of various accounts; answer day-to-day client questions.
• Develop knowledge of forms and account procedures to assist clients.
• Utilize research and support tools.
• Produce analytical reports using available software.
• Promote firm services by strengthening advisor relationships.
