Qualifications

• 3+ years of client service experience in an RIA or financial advisory practice.
• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
• Knowledge of financial services and investments industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage all client inquiries and ad hoc requests such as account information, reporting, check requests, wire/fund transfers and other account services requests.
• Help financial advisors prepare for client meetings with relevant information.
• Complete tasks related to opening, transferring, and closing accounts for the advisor's client base.
• Coordinate and process paperwork for accounts and client relationships.
• Maintain client information and account records per electronic archiving procedures.
• Document client servicing activities in the portfolio management system.
