Job summary

The First National Bank in Sioux Falls is seeking a Client Experience Associate to support Wealth Management services, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and compliance. You will prepare documents, interact with clients, and compile reports while collaborating with the Wealth Management team.

Responsibilities include client setup and maintenance, tax data organization, and coordinating bill payments, with a focus on excellent service, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Provide superior client service by phone or email, handling inbound contacts and timely follow-up.
• Coordinate new client set-up and account closing for Wealth Management accounts, including paperwork.
• Assist in coordinating client tax preparation data for federal/state taxes.
• Review daily transaction reports and cash balances; communicate issues to officers.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment and attention to detail.
• Display excellent verbal and written communication and time management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior client service resulting in client retention and referrals.
• Coordinate new client set-up and closing for Wealth Management accounts.
• Assist in coordinating client tax preparation and data organization.
• Complete daily tasks and interface with Operations to ensure timely completion.
• Review transaction reports and cash balances; resolve issues and notify officers.
• Provide administrative support for Wealth Management accounts and officer needs.
• Coordinate client bill-paying or distributions following department procedures.
