Qualifications

• Experience delivering front-line client service by phone or email.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare standard or custom reports.
• Familiarity with wealth management processes and trust documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior client service by telephone or email and document interactions in CRM.
• Coordinate new client setup and account closure for Wealth Management accounts.
• Assist in coordinating client tax preparation data where needed.
• Review daily activity to ensure administration aligns with governing documents.
