Job summary

The First National Bank in Sioux Falls is seeking a Client Experience Associate to support Wealth Management services, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and compliance. You will prepare documents, communicate with clients, collect and analyze data for standard and custom reports, and review account activity to align with governing documents.

Qualifications

• High School education required; secondary field preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic software tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client account representative, handling requests and questions; liaise with attorneys, accountants, and other professionals.
• Provide top-tier front-line service via phone or email; document client interactions in CRM.
• Coordinate new client setup and account closing processes for Wealth Management accounts.
• Assist in coordination of client tax preparation by organizing and tracking data.
• Process daily account transactions and reports; ensure accuracy and timely completion.
• Review daily transaction reports and cash balances; resolve issues and notify officers.
• Provide administrative support for Wealth Management accounts for assigned officers.
• Coordinate client bill paying or distributions following department procedures.
• Maintain client/account information and documents; prioritize and manage tasks.
