Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Experience in the financial services industry preferred, but not required.
• Series 7, 63 and 65, or 66 strongly preferred or if unlicensed able to obtain licensing within twelve months from date of hire.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Able to work effectively in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a team orientation.
• High ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing prompt and thoughtful support.
• Coordinate meetings and communications between clients and advisors.
• Open and maintain investment accounts.
• Prepare and process client documentation.
• Coordinate asset transfers and account updates.
• Monitor requests to ensure timely completion.
• Support client events and marketing initiatives.
• Process trades and transaction requests.
• Initiate wires, ACH transfers, and internal account journals.
• Assemble client meeting materials and portfolio reports.
• Update CRM systems and maintain client records.
• Capture meeting notes and coordinate follow-up items.
