Job summary

Janney Montgomery Scott is seeking a Registered Private Client Associate in Greensboro, NC to join a four-person wealth management team. You will help deliver a high-touch client experience while ensuring the daily operations of the practice run smoothly.

Work alongside seasoned advisors to open accounts, prepare client materials, coordinate meetings, and support money movement requests. This role rewards organization, communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Experience in the financial services industry preferred, but not required.
• Series 7, 63 and 65, or 66 strongly preferred or if unlicensed able to obtain licensing within twelve months from date of hire
• Proficient skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Able to work effectively in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• High ethical standards

Responsibilities

• Be the Client Experience Champion: handle client inquiries, coordinate with advisors, and ensure professional interactions.
• Keep the Operational Engine Running: open and maintain investment accounts, process documentation, coordinate transfers, support events.
• Support Investment and Money Movement Requests: process trades, initiate wires/ACH, track requests to completion.
• Prepare Advisors for Meaningful Client Conversations: assemble materials, update CRM, capture follow-ups.
