Job summary

The role focuses on high-touch service for Ultra High Net Worth clients and coordination between advisors and staff. The candidate will report to the Market Administrative Office and drive performance, compliance, and staff

Qualifications

• Series 7, 66, 9/10 required for the role.
• Ideally 5+ years of relevant managerial experience in branch operations at a financial institution.
• Strong leadership, communication, and risk-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead High Net Worth (HNW) Client Associates and supervise a team.
• Manage high-touch service and workflow for teams supporting asset clients.
• Act as a high-level escalation point for complex account issues.
• Recruit, onboard, train and manage administrative support staff.
• Conduct performance reviews and make personnel decisions.
• Educate employees on administrative policies and procedures.
