Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Active FINRA licenses as required for Wealth Management roles.

Responsabilités

• Build a client base among high-net-worth households and sustain long-term relationships.
• Tactically recruit and develop Financial Advisors to grow the branch.
• Manage risk, compliance, and branch profitability in line with firm policies.
