Job summary

Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is seeking a Producing Branch Manager in Harrisonburg, VA to drive revenue, manage risk, and build a strong book of business. You will lead a client-focused team, recruit senior Financial Advisors, and ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.

You will oversee fiscal and personnel management, uphold ethics, and report to the Complex Manager or Non-Producing Branch Manager, supporting the firm’s growth and client service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education or experience.
• At least 5+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor (production/compliance) or branch management or product area experience.

Responsibilities

• Build a client base of high net worth households and manage long-term client relationships.
• Help manage client investment needs per Firm policies and requirements.
• Keep current with regulatory, market, and product information.
• Lead and develop a cohesive branch team and recruit talent.
• Ensure ethical practices and compliant operations within the branch.
