The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in business development or marketing coordination, plus experience with CRM systems and MS Office/Google tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years in business development or marketing coordination.
• Experience in wealth management or financial services preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and partners.
• Proficient with CRM and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Able to create polished presentations and marketing materials.
• Familiar with social media workflows and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the team's business development pipeline, including referrals and introductions.
• Maintain tracking of referral sources, prospect activity, and follow-ups.
• Support outreach to senior advisors, relationship managers, and partners.
• Develop and maintain schedules with referral networks and professionals.
• Assist with CRM management and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare recurring business development reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate marketing content with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with presentations, social content, and client communications.
• Coordinate client events, meetings, dinners, and networking activities.
• Maintain libraries of marketing collateral and templates.
