Responsibilities

• Develops periodic goals, organizes work, sets priorities, and ensures timely completion.
• Maintains risk management and compliance programs.
• Provides input to budget management process.
• Identifies business needs and develops conceptual systems design.
• Ensures completion of management status reporting for projects.
• Advises systems staff on impact of enhancements.
• Provides project planning including docket prioritization and budget considerations.
• Reviews vendor software contracts and may direct management of SOW.
• Markets systems products and services to partners or clients.
• Communicates with business areas and vendors about automation needs.
• Ensures compliance with audit requirements including change control and data security.
• Conducts performance management and training staff.
• Carries out large, cross-functional and technically difficult activities.
