Job summary

Glenmede in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a Management Associate to support Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers and investment specialists in daily portfolio management and client service.

The role offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office) and exposure to holistic wealth and investment management for private clients. Ideal candidates have 0–5 years in investments and strong analytical, communication, and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of experience in an investment environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Familiarity with CRM and IT investment applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist Portfolio Managers with asset allocation, portfolio construction, and strategy investments.
• Prepare client materials and coordinate with other departments to meet deadlines.
• Maintain client information in the CRM system and support relationship management.
• Participate in client meetings and internal investment meetings (IPC, MRG).
