The role focuses on accurate processing, timely communications, and coordination with fiduciary and advisory teams to ensure smooth client experiences.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in financial services administration, strong MS Office and Adobe skills, and relevant post-secondary education or experience.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in an administrative or client support role within financial services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
• Education in finance or related field preferred.

• Oversees onboarding processes with documentation and system entries to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Responds to client service inquiries and assists with account updates and online access.
• Prepares correspondence related to account activity and distributions for mailing or secure delivery.
• Greets clients, maintains front-desk area, and supports a professional client experience.
• Processes cash disbursements, client contributions, and payments in the trust accounting system.
• Maintains client account files for accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
• Distributes tax documents on time to clients, CPAs, and other recipients.
• Generates client reports and supports regulatory recordkeeping for audits.
