Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a proactive Associate Advisor to join the Wealth Management team. You will support Advisors in delivering tailored financial plans, analyze data, and help with portfolio implementation for existing and prospective clients.

Ideal candidate has a Four-year degree and 5+ years in financial services; Series 7 and 66; CFP pursuit; strong communication, project management, and CRM proficiency; base salary 70k-90k with potential incentives.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in finance or related field.
• 5+ years of financial services experience preferred.
• Series 7 & 66 required; CFP pursued or completed; Life/Health license desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support Advisors in financial planning and portfolio management.
• Prepare financial plans and investment proposals.
• Attend client meetings and handle follow-up.
• Process new accounts and distributions.
• Monitor and rebalance client portfolios.
• Coordinate with attorneys, accountants, and other professionals.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare meeting materials.
• Track account openings and asset transfers.
• Assist with client data consolidation and special projects.
